2 – 4 persons (2 bedrooms 782-965 total sq.ft. ) – Per Mo. Rent: $1327
Minimum annual income of $22,140
Maximum salary $36,450

3 – 6 persons (3 bd flat 1144 total sq.ft.) Per Mo. Rent: $1698
OR (3 bd loft total 1122-1376 sq.ft.) Per Mo. Rent: $1798
Minimum annual income of $28,880
Maximum salary $43,750


The mix of units for very low income is:
25 – 1 bedroom
5 – 2 bedrooms
5 – 3 bedrooms

The mix of units for workforce housing is:
22 – 2 bedrooms
5 – 3 bedrooms
