ACOP (Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy) for the Low Income Public Housing Program Proposal of Changes

The Housing Authority of the City of Charleston is incorporating the HUD-directed changes under the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 (HOTMA), and proposes the following changes to the ACOP (Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy) for the Low Income Public Housing Program. Pursuant to 24 CFR Part 10, the Agency must provide the public with notice of the proposed changes and the opportunity to comment. The public comment period will last 45 days from the date of posting. Should you wish to comment on the proposed changes, please email your comment at PublicComment@chacity.org.
