To submit properties for inclusion on the Available Unit Listing, please complete the form below for each available property.

We are only able to accept properties located within our approved jurisdictions. If your property is outside of the listed areas, we are unable to process it for participation with the Charleston Housing Authority.

• West Ashley
• James Island
• Johns Island
• Pleasant
• Daniel Island
• North Charleston – Nothing Past Otranto Road.
• We DO NOT service the Hanahan

Please be advised that each property will be listed for 60 days. Should the property become unavailable, or if you wish for it to remain listed beyond the initial 60-day period, kindly notify our office by calling 843-723-4491 or emailing info@chacity.org.
