HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF CHARLESTON
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Housing Authority of the City of Charleston (CHA) will hold a public hearing to receive comments from the public regarding the 2026 PHA Annual Plan and the Capital Fund Program 5-Year Action Plan.

The hearing will take place on May 20, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the CHA Administrative Office, 550 Meeting Street, Charleston, South Carolina 29403.

Draft copies of the plans are available for review by appointment only at the CHA Administrative Office during our office hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M and Friday, 8:00 A.M. Until 12:00 P.M. To schedule an appointment, please call (843) 720-3983 during office hours.

WRITTEN COMMENTS must be submitted no later than 12:00 P.M., Monday, May 18, 2026, to the following address: The Housing Authority of the City of Charleston, Capital Fund Office,
