2026 PHA Annual Plan and the Capital Fund Program 5-Year Action Plan – NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice of Public Hearing

Housing Authority of the City of Charleston (CHA) will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, to give members of the Charleston community the opportunity to share comments and concerns regarding the 2026 PHA Annual Plan and the Capital Fund Program 5-Year Action Plan.

The hearing will take place at 3:00 p.m. at the CHA Administrative Office, located at 550 Meeting Street, Charleston, South Carolina 29403.

Draft copies of the 2026 PHA Annual Plan and Capital Fund Program 5-Year Action Plan are available for review at the Administrative Office by appointment only during the following hours:  Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  To schedule an appointment call (843) 720-3983 during office hours.
