EXECUTIVE UPDATE

The Capital Needs Assessment identified critical repairs requiring immediate attention in the following categories:

Accessibility:  Quotations are being solicited for one identified repair.

Life Safety: Three of the four identified repairs have been completed. The remaining item requires further consultation.

Concept Call and Finance Plan: Staff is compiling and uploading the required documentation to request the Concept Call and complete the Finance Plan.
