Admission and Continued Occupancy Plan

The Housing Authority of the City of Charleston proposes the following changes to the Admission and Continued Occupancy Plan. Pursuant to 24 CFR Part 10, the Agency must provide the public with notice of the proposed changes and the opportunity to comment. The public comment period will last 30 days from the date of posting. Should you wish to comment on the proposed changes, please email your comment at PublicComment@chacity.org.
