EXECUTIVE UPDATE

The Special Source Credit Agreement (SSC Agreement) was amended to identify W.E.H. Inc. as the project owner of record.  The amended agreement was fully executed on October 13, 2026, and submitted to the HUD 221(d)(4) loan underwriters and the HUD Office of Recapitalization for review.  Submission of the RAD Closing Commitment remains contingent upon receipt of the HUD Firm Commitment.
